Diagnostic trouble code (DTC) information

Condition 

Diagnostic trouble code (DTC) CEM-2E03 is stored if the control module registers that the initiation has not been carried out when the ignition is in position II or when the engine speed is higher than 500 RPM.

None

Possible Source 

• Initiation not carried out.

  " Driver stage" disconnected. Cannot determine the position of the stepper motor.

Fault symptom[s] 

• The power steering does not operate.
• The power steering indicator lamp lights.
