Checking And Replacing the Component

Replace the relay, 2/91.

Activate the relay for windshield wipers on.

If the function is OK the cause of the fault was a defective relay (open-circuit in the relay coil).

Was the function OK? 

• YES 

  OKAY:  Troubleshooting has been completed.

• NO 

  Refer to Checking the Cables From the Fusebox To the Central Electronic Module (CEM)
