Removing the keypad

Remove the driver's airbag module. See AIRBAG DRIVER AND PASSENGER (SRS), REPLACING .

Remove screw (1).

Disconnect the ground lead.

Disconnect the green connector (2).

Remove the three screws (3). Remove the plastic bracket.

Disconnect the connectors (1) for the keypad. Press the catches in.

Remove the screw (1) from keypad.

Press in the catch (2) and pull the keypad from the socket.

Remove the screw (1) from keypad.

Press in the catch (2) and pull the keypad from the socket.
