Diagnostic trouble code (DTC) information ECM-1000
Condition
The diagnostic trouble code (DTC) is stored if the engine control module (ECM) registers an internal fault indicating that the signal from the internal atmospheric pressure sensor is incorrect.
The diagnostic trouble code (DTC) can be diagnosed when the ignition has been on for at least 15 seconds.
Substitute Value
- If the pressure sensor to the intake manifold is OK, a filtered value from the sensor is used. Otherwise the value is set at 1,013 hPa (corresponding to sea level).
Possible Source
- Damaged engine control module (ECM).
