Diagnostic trouble code (DTC) SUM-0201 is stored if the Suspension Module (SUM) registers that the battery voltage is too low when the ignition is switched on.

NOTE: The test is carried out every other operating cycle. The Suspension module (SUM) defines an operating cycle as ignition on and ignition off.

Substitute Value

The Four-C function is blocked.

Possible Source

Battery voltage too low
Contact resistance in the terminals
Open-circuit or short-circuit to ground in the power supply to the Suspension Module (SUM)
Defective Suspension Module (SUM).
