Checking the shift solenoids

• Ignition on.
• Gear selector in position P.
• Activate shift solenoids S1, S2, S3, S4 and S5 individually.

  The status should change between OFF and ON.

  If the status does not change this indicates an internal fault in the control module.

Does the status of the solenoids change? 

• YES 

  FAULT NOT FOUND:  Troubleshooting has been completed.

• NO
