Lubricating And Installing Components In The Gear Selector Assembly

Lubricate the gear selector lever ball joints and bevel arm bushings using grease, P/N 1161241-3.

Install: 

• the rubber sleeve
• the gear selector lever with ball joints and cover
• the bevel arm with bushings, spring and retaining clip
• the solenoid.
