Shift solenoids S1-S2 status

The value indicates the status of shift solenoids S1 - S2.

OFF = Solenoid not activated.

ON = Solenoid activated.

HINT: If the value for shift solenoid S1-S2, activated by the transmission control module (TCM) displays OFF and Shift solenoid S1-S2 status displays ON the solenoid circuit is either open or has a short-circuit to supply voltage. If the value for shift solenoid S1-S2, activated by the transmission control module (TCM) displays ON and Shift solenoid S1-S2 status displays OFF the solenoid circuit has a short-circuit to ground.
