Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) Information ICM-B104A23

Condition 

The Infotainment control module (ICM) checks whether the back button has jammed.

The diagnostic trouble code (DTC) is stored if the control module detects that:

• The back button has been active for more than 2 minutes.

The control module's test for the diagnostic trouble code (DTC) starts in the event of:

• Ignition switch position I and II.

Substitute Value 

• None.

Possible Source 

• The back button has jammed in the held in position.

Fault symptom[s] 

• Audio other/Steering wheel audio controls do not work
