Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) Information TVM-U300054

Condition 

The Television Module (TVM) uses settings from the vehicle configuration file in the central electronic module (CEM). f the Infotainment Theft Protection (ITP) function is active, the control module is blocked from communication on the MOST network.

The diagnostic trouble code (DTC) is stored if the control module detects that:

• The control module's configuration does not correspond with the vehicle's vehicle configuration.

The control module's test for the diagnostic trouble code (DTC) starts in the event of:

• Activated control module.

Substitute Value 

• None.

Possible Source 

• Infotainment Theft Protection (ITP) activated.
• The Television Module (TVM) is not designed for this vehicle, e.. a used control module with other software/hardware has been used.
• Disrupted communication between Television Module (TVM) and Infotainment control module (ICM).
• Disrupted communication between Infotainment control module (ICM) and central electronic module (CEM).
• The vehicle's vehicle configuration file is incorrect.
