Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) Information IAM-B117A13

Condition 

The Integrated Audio Module (IAM) checks the signal in the signal cable to the backup microphone.

The diagnostic trouble code (DTC) is stored if the control module detects that:

• The signal is missing or incorrect.

The control module's test for the diagnostic trouble code (DTC) starts in the event of:

• Ignition switch position II.

Possible Source 

• Open-circuit on signal ground cable.
