Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) Information ICM-U001048

Condition 

The control module checks the communication with the Central electronic module (CEM).

The diagnostic trouble code (DTC) is stored in the event of a fault in the monitoring software for communication on the average speed CAN bus.

The control module's test for the diagnostic trouble code (DTC) starts in the event of:

• Ignition switch position I and II.

• Internal fault in the Infotainment control module (ICM).
