• Ignition off for 10 seconds and then on again.

  Test drive the car as follows:

  • Drive the vehicle at a speed in excess of 50 km/h and activate the adaptive cruise control.
  • Increase and decrease the speed using the steering wheel buttons.
  • If the adaptive cruise control works, the functions have restarted and the malfunction rectified.

  Click the VCT2000 symbol in VIDA (Volvo scan tool) to read diagnostic trouble codes (DTCs).

Are other diagnostic trouble codes (DTCs) stored? 

• YES 

  OKAY:  Troubleshooting has been completed.

• NO 

  Refer to INFORMATION
