Voltage between terminals #25 and #26 on the breakout box should follow the table below during normal operation. Voltage may, however, be significantly higher during the first two minutes of fan motor operation.

Other information
The fan motor is supplied by a PWM signal from the climate control module (CCM) via the fan's control module. The control module ensures that the fan motor receives the correct voltage in reference to battery voltage and that the fan thereby obtains the desired speed.
Diagnostic trouble code B10B911 is generated when the control module circuit detects a short circuit to ground.
Diagnostic trouble code B10B912 is generated when the control module circuit detects a short circuit to supply voltage.
Diagnostic trouble code B10B913 when the control module circuit detects and open circuit.
