Diagnostic Trouble Code Information PSCM-U300049

Condition 

checks internal components in the control module.

The diagnostic trouble code (DTC) is stored if the control module detects that:

• Internal components do not work.

The control module's test for the diagnostic trouble code (DTC) starts in the event of:

• Ignition switch position II.

• Damaged Power Steering Control Module (PSCM).

Fault symptom[s] 

• Text window and warning symbol/Yellow symbol and text message
• Power steering control does not function
