Condition

The infotainment control module (ICM) checks the communication with the global positioning system module (GPS).

The diagnostic trouble code (DTC) is stored if the infotainment control module (ICM) registers a fault in the communication with the global positioning system module (GPS).

The diagnostic trouble code (DTC) can be diagnosed with the ignition on and the battery voltage above 11 V.

• None.

Possible Source 

• Internal fault in the global positioning system module (GPS)
• The global positioning system module (GPS) missing.

Fault symptom[s] 

• The car's position on the map is incorrect.
