The diagnostic trouble code (DTC) is stored if the infotainment control module (ICM) registers that the software download is not complete.

The diagnostic trouble code (DTC) is also stored if the downloaded software is not compatible with the actual display/control module.

• The software download is not complete
• The software and display/control module are not compatible.

Fault symptom[s] 

• Functions in the infotainment system do not work.
• The display does not light.
