Checking The Component And Wiring

Check that the fuel pump (FP) relay is correctly installed.

Also check the fuel pump relay, in particular terminal #2. Check for a short-circuit to supply voltage.

If no fault was found on the fuel pump relay and replacing the relay did not help, try replacing the central control module (CEM).

Remedy as necessary.
