Secondary Battery Relay

Request regarding the activation of the secondary battery relay to the Engine control module (ECM). Activation can be requested with the ignition on, but only carried out when the engine has been started. When the relay is activated and the engine is running (alternator charges), the secondary battery charges. The secondary battery's voltage will then vary depending on whether the relay has been activated or not.
