Installing The Pipe Assembly

Assemble the pipes at the steering gear end.

Install the pipe assembly in the steering gear.

Install: 

• the 1 screw. Finger-tighten
• the pipes in the clamp on the steering gear.

Install: 

• the bracket
• the 2 M10 screws.

Install: 

• the bracket
• the 2 M6 screws.

Install: 

• the return hose on the pump
• the delivery line on the pump. Tighten. See: TIGHTENING TORQUE .

Tighten the 1 M8 screw.
