Checking wiring and components
Check air conditioning (A/C) pressure sensor resistance. For resistance values, see A/C pressure sensor .
Check signal cable between control module #A21 (#A21) and mass air flow (MAF) sensor terminal 2 for a short-circuit to ground according to Short-circuit to ground, permanent faults .
HINT: With the ignition on and air conditioning (A/C) pressure sensor connector disconnected the voltage between terminal 3 and ground terminal should be approximately 5V.
Remedy as necessary.
