Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) Information Mmm-U300087

Condition 

The multimedia module (MMM) uses settings from the vehicle configuration file in the central electronic module (CEM).

The diagnostic trouble code (DTC) is stored if the control module detects that:

• No data obtained from the vehicle configuration file.

The control module's test for the diagnostic trouble code (DTC) starts in the event of:

• Start-up of the control module.

Substitute Value 

• The control module assumes standard configuration.

Possible Source 

• The vehicle's configuration is not obtained.

Fault symptom[s] 

• Navigation; No Functionality
• Traffic information is not displayed/updated
