Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) Information PAC-U300083

Condition

The control modules transmit and receive information via a standardized serial communication method - CAN (Control Area Network).

The diagnostic trouble code (DTC) is stored if the control module detects that:

Received signals are not correct.

The control module's test for the diagnostic trouble code (DTC) starts in the event of:

Ignition switch position II.
Reverse gear is engaged.

NOTE:

The control module can only detect the fault once the test has been started and the diagnostic trouble code (DTC) is stored when the conditions are met.

Substitute Value

The high level display front (HLDF) module shows a monochrome image.
The high level display front (HLDF) module shows no image.
The reference lines that indicate the vehicles lateral position are drawn completely straight, regardless of steering wheel movement.

Possible Source

Internal fault in the control module.
