No Communication

The cause of the fault is probably that software has not been downloaded or that the download failed when replacing the multimedia module (MMM).

HINT: When downloading software after replacing a control module, the serial number of the control module is stored in the central electronic module (CEM). This is so that the Infotainment Theft Protection (ITP) function can approve the control module. 

• Load new software into the control module.

If the fault remains after the software is downloaded, try replacing the multimedia module (MMM).
