Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) Information PSM-U042268

Condition 

The Power seat module (PSM) is continuously supplied with necessary information from the Central electronic module (CEM) via the controller area network (CAN). The Power seat module (PSM) checks the quality of the information that comes from the Central electronic module (CEM).

The diagnostic trouble code (DTC) is stored if the control module detects that:

• The signal is marked as invalid.

The control module's test for the diagnostic trouble code (DTC) starts in the event of:

• Control module supplied with power.
