Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) Information CEM-B102408

Condition

Central electronic module (CEM) checks that the remote key is received when programming of new remote key.

The diagnostic trouble code (DTC) is stored if the control module detects that:

The remote key's codes are not received correctly when programming.

NOTE: The diagnostic trouble code (DTC) can also be stored if something, e. g. a finger is inserted into the starter module.

The control module's test for the diagnostic trouble code (DTC) starts in the event of:

NOTE: The control module can only detect the fault once the test has been started and the diagnostic trouble code (DTC) is stored when the conditions are met.
