Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) Information CEM-B11DB96

Condition 

The central electronic module (CEM) monitors the battery monitoring module (BMS) and its associated functionality. The battery monitoring sensor's (BMS) main function is to monitor the battery' status. The sensor measures and calculates information about battery voltage, current (in or out from battery), calculated battery capacity, the vehicle's standby current consumption, and battery temperature. This information is sent to the central electronic module (CEM) which then calculates how the alternator shall be controlled for optimal battery charging.
