Programming Control Module

The diagnostic trouble code (DTC) is stored when the central electronic module (CEM) discovers that the steering column lock module (SCL) has not been programmed.

The fault may be caused by:

• There has been a fault during a previous programming
• The customer has replaced the control module himself
• The control module has been replaced at a workshop and programming has not been carried out

Load new software into the control module.
