ECM-U012087: Lost Communication With Starter/Generator Control Module. Bus Signal/Message Failures. Missing Message (B6304T2; 2008-09): Fault-Tracing: Verification

HINT: After carrying out the repair, check that the fault has been remedied.

• Ignition off
• Reconnect the connectors, components, etc.
• Start the engine.
• Read the diagnostic status and fault status for the diagnostic trouble code by selecting the diagnostic trouble code in the list.

  Increase the engine speed a few times until the scan is "Implemented".

  Check the fault status for the diagnostic trouble code when the scan is "Implemented". When the function is correct the fault status should be "No fault found" when the scan is implemented.

Is the function OK? 

• YES 

  VERIFIED:  Troubleshooting has been completed.

• NO
