Removing The Tailgate Lock

Remove the upper tailgate panel. See PANEL, TAILGATE, REPLACING
Remove the lower tailgate panel. See LOWER TAILGATE PANEL
Remove the three screws
Disconnect the connector
Disconnect the link
Pull out the lock.
