In order that the diagnostic trouble code (DTC) can be reread, the Phone module (PHM) must be restarted. Click the VCT2000 symbol to restart the control module and to erase and read out DTCs again.

Check that the current DTC has disappeared or changed status from permanent to intermittent fault.

Are the diagnostic trouble code (DTCs) still stored? 

• YES 

  Refer to INFORMATION 

• NO 

  OKAY:  Troubleshooting has been completed.
