Replace the power window mechanism according to WINDOW LIFT MECHANISM FRONT SIDE DOOR, REPLACING .

Ignition on.

Move the window to its upper limit position using manual control.

Initialize the window.

From model year 2003 inclusive, the window will lower approximately 10 centimeters and then close again during initialization.
