The rear electronic module (REM) checks diagnosis from the parking assistance module (PAM).

Diagnostic trouble code (DTC) REM-4F4A is stored if parking assistance module (PAM) registers a fault in the control module.

Diagnostic trouble code (DTC) REM-4F4A can be detected when the ignition is on for 5 seconds.

• None.

Possible Source 

• Defective parking assistance module (PAM).

Fault symptom[s] 

• General warning lamp lit.
• The back-up (reversing) warning system does not function.
