Checking The Power Supply
- Ignition off.
HINT: The diagnostic trouble code (DTC) can be stored if the power supply in the central electronic module (CEM) has been below 8 V for a certain time.
Check the battery voltage. The battery voltage must be approximately 12 V.
Check all power supply connections to the central electronic module (CEM) from the engine compartment fusebox.
Check the wiring. Check for intermittent open-circuits and short-circuits to ground.
Remedy as necessary.
