The diagnostic trouble code (DTC) is stored if the climate control module (CCM) detects an internal memory fault.

The diagnostic trouble code (DTC) can be detected at key positions 1 and 2 (not key position 3).

• None.

Possible Source 

• Internal memory fault in the climate control module (CCM).

Fault symptom[s] 

• The customer settings for the climate disappear.
