Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) Information ICM-E010

The diagnostic trouble code (DTC) is stored if the infotainment control module (ICM) registers that the supply voltage is 3 V lower than the voltage in the central electronic module (CEM).

The diagnostic trouble code (DTC) can be diagnosed with the ignition in positions I or II with a battery voltage higher than 9 V for at least 10 seconds.

Substitute Value 

• None.

Possible Source 

• Contact resistance
• Damaged supply voltage cable.

Fault symptom[s] 

• Functions in the infotainment system do not work.
• No or reduced carphone functionality.
