Diagnostic trouble code (DTC) SWM-0020 is stored if the micro processor or steering wheel module registers that the Scan+ control is activated for more than 5 minutes.

Substitute Value 

None.

Possible Source 

• The Scan+ control is activated for more than 5 minutes.

Fault symptom[s] 

• The station setting changes without the scan+ or scan- buttons being manually activated
• The steering wheel radio controls do not function
• The carphone does not function.
