• Read off diagnostic trouble codes (DTCs).

  Check to, see if any other diagnostic trouble codes (DTCs) are stored.

  Any other diagnostic trouble codes (DTCs) that are stored must be remedied first.

• YES 

  Refer to FAULT-TRACING INFORMATION 

• NO 

  Refer to PROGRAMMING OR REPLACING THE ENGINE CONTROL MODULE (ECM)
