Switch, Tunnel Console, Front And Rear (2008-)

Switch, tunnel console, available in two versions, tunnel console front (1) and tunnel console rear (2).

Both these are keypads with room for two switches in each.

Tunnel console switch versions:

If the vehicle is  equipped with all three functions, acc. to below, the switch tunnel console front controls (1) activation and deactivation of the functions "dead angle"-warning (BLIS) and automatic start/stop of engine.

Switch tunnel console rear (2) controls activation and deactivation of the function parking assistance system (PAS).

The functions are:

If the vehicle is  equipped with up to two of the mentioned functions above, switch tunnel console front (1) controls activation and deactivation of these functions.

Switch, tunnel console front and rear are then connected to the Climate control module (CCM) via LIN-communication.

If the vehicle is not  equipped with "dead angle"-warning (BLIS), parking assistance system (PAS) or automatic start/stop of engine, there is no switch in the tunnel console.
