Checking The Control Buttons

To ensure that all DTCs relating to the control kits in the front doors are correctly checked, the self diagnosis service DDM/PDM should start. Press on the symbol for VCT2000 in VIDA (Volvo scan tool) to start the service. After a self-test has been carried out, DTC reading is carried out. Both the Driver door module (DDM) and Passenger door module (PDM) will be checked.

Fault-trace any DTCs according to relevant DTC information.
