Checking Connectors And Terminals

Check that the wiring in the cable harness is correctly installed and is not damaged.

Check the pin for damage or loose installation. Check for signs of corrosion.

Corrective actions 

1. In the event of an open-circuit or damage to the cable harness, replace the cable harness.
2. In the event of damage to pins in the cable harness, repair the pin.
3. In the event of damage to the remote receiver's connector, replace the remote receiver.
4. In the event of damage to the heaters connector, replace the heater.

Has the fault been remedied? 

• YES 

  OKAY:  Troubleshooting has been completed.

• NO 

  Refer to CHECKING DAMAGED CONTROL MODULE
