Occupant Classification Sensor (OCS)

CAUTION:

In the event of damage on the front seat cushion upholstery, see:SEAT OCCUPANT SENSOR CHECK and SEAT OCCUPANT SENSOR CLEANING .

CAUTION:

All system components must be replaced when replacing the occupant classification sensor.

Remove the seat cushion upholstery: FRONT SEAT CUSHION .

CAUTION:

Handle the sensor with care.

To install, reverse the removal procedure

WARNING:

Calibrate the front occupant classification sensor using VIDA (Volvo scan tool).
