Controlling The Functions Using The Steering Wheel Buttons

The steering wheel buttons connected to the Steering Wheel Module (SWM) (3/130) control:

The signals from the steering wheel buttons are transmitted to the Steering Wheel Module (SWM) (3/130) with LIN communication. The Steering Wheel Module (SWM) transmits the signals on to the Infotainment Head Unit (IHU) (4/185) using LIN communication. The Infotainment Head Unit (IHU) in turn transmits the signals on to the affected control module on the MOST network.
