Parameters, Status

RADAR OVERHEATED 

True (HOT): Side Obstacle Detection Control Module left (SODL) has overheated.

False (Not hot): Side Obstacle Detection Control Module Left (SODL) has not over heated.

When overheating has occurred reactivation takes place when the internal temperature of the control module has fallen below 95 °C.

CROSS TRAFFIC ALERT (CTA), CUSTOMER SELECTED FUNCTION STATUS FROM INFOTAINMENT UNIT/CCM 

Indicates if the Cross Traffic Alert (CTA) function is activated or not for the Side Obstacle Detection Control Module Left (SODL), via the menu on the front display or control panel.

CROSS TRAFFIC ALERT (CTA), FUNCTION STATUS FROM THE GEAR LEVER 

Indicates if the Cross Traffic Alert (CTA) function is activated or not for the Side Obstacle Detection Control Module Left (SODL), depending on the gear lever position.

LANE CHANGE MERGE AID (LCMA), CUSTOMER SELECTED FUNCTION STATUS FROM INFOTAINMENT UNIT/CCM 

Indicates if the Lane Change Merge Aid (LCMA) function is activated or not for the Side Obstacle Detection Control Module Left (SODL), via the menu on the front display or control panel.

LANE CHANGE MERGE AID (LCMA), FUNCTION STATUS FROM GEAR LEVER 

Indicates if the Lane Change Merge Aid (LCMA) function is activated or not for the Side Obstacle Detection Control Module Left (SODL), depending on the gear lever position.

RADAR CALIBRATION, STATUS 

Indicates the status of the calibration procedure for Side Obstacle Detection Control Module Left (SODL).

In progress: Calibration of Side Obstacle Detection Control Module Left (SODL) in progress.

Not in progress: Calibration of Side Obstacle Detection Control Module Left (SODL) not in progress.

CALIBRATION PROCESS PERCENT COMPLETED 

Indicates the completed portion of the Side Obstacle Detection Control Module Left (SODL) calibration in percent. When calibration is not active this parameter is always 0 %, even though calibration has been carried out and is complete and no calibration is necessary.

CALIBRATION PROCESS NUMBER OF DETECTED OBJECTS 

Indicates the number of objects the Side Obstacle Detection Control Module Left (SODL) has detected during the calibration in progress.
