Control Panel Comfort Functions Rear (Certain Versions Only)

The control panel is located between the rear seats and contains switches for the following functions:

The switches' positions for massage, seat ventilation and seat heating are sent by LIN communication to the Rear Seat Executive Module (RSX). Switch for backrest tilt rear has separate signal cables to the Rear Seat Executive Module (RSX). Switch for length adjustment (backwards-forwards) of the passenger seat as well as sun blind is hard-wired directly to each electric motor.

General interior lighting in the control panel rear seat functions is supplied by the comfort lighting via the Central Electronic Module (CEM) and is active when the vehicle is unlocked.
