Checking The Component And Wiring

Check the loudspeaker signal cable at control module connector A. Check for a short-circuit to ground.

Check between:

• terminals #20 (#20) and #18 (#18)
• terminals #20 (#20) and #6 (#6).

Try replacing the carphone handset if no fault is found in the wiring.

Remedy as necessary.
