General Information

The diagnostic trouble code (DTC) is stored if the software has an incorrect version number.

The fault can be due to a customer or workshop replacing a control module without downloading new software for the replacement.

Corrective actions 

1. Download the latest software to the Audio module (AUD).
2. If downloading new software did not help, replace the Audio module (AUD).
