Diagnostic trouble code (DTC) MMM-2100 is stored if the multimedia module (MMM) registers that communication with the DVD player is broken.

Diagnostic trouble code (DTC) MMM-2100 can be diagnosed when the ignition is on.

NOTE:

The diagnostic trouble code (DTC) may be incorrectly stored as an intermittent fault in ignition position III. Try deleting the diagnostic trouble code (DTC).

Possible Source

The DVD player does not reply to communication from the control module after 10 attempts.
