Checking The Component

The infotainment control module (ICM) has registered that there is no communication with the multimedia module (MMM).

If the fault is intermittent, it has been registered previously but is no longer present. Intermittent faults can be caused by interference at start up of the multimedia module (MMM) or may be a different type of fault which occurs on different occasions. The fault is evaluated depending on how it occurs. If the fault recurs, replace the Multimedia Module (MMM).

In the event of a permanent fault, replace the multimedia module (MMM).

Remedy as necessary.
