Ignition off.
Check that the engine cooling fan (FC) blade rotates easily. Check that nothing is obstructing the engine cooling fan (FC) blade.
Remedy as necessary.
Ignition on.
Check all speeds of the engine cooling fan (FC).
Activate the engine cooling fan (FC) using the VCT2000 (or appropriate scan tool).
